Refund policy
We are confident that you will be pleased with your purchase from Duke Lawlor. However, should you wish to return your order, we will give a refund on the product provided it is in a fully resalable condition.
Returns should be made within 14 days and in the original, unopened, sealed and undamaged packaging.
When sending the item back to us, please include a copy of your Name and Address, as used when you originally bought the product from us. On safe receipt a refund for the item will be made.
If we find that the product has been returned to us used or damaged, or not in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
We do not refund the cost of returns postage
Until we receive the goods you are returning, they are your responsibility, therefore we recommend you use Royal Mail recorded delivery service to return products.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days of your refund approval email
Exchanges (if applicable)
